I really like bean bags. However, many affordable versions quickly sink to the floor. Plus, the beans flatten out over time. So the inflatable “BloChair” got my attention…
It not contain any beans that will gradually squish flat and need refilling. Plus, it has a solid, more supportive (yet soft) design that lets you sit about 2 feet off the ground.
The BloChair holds its shape better than a traditional bean bag, to say least. Heck, it’s almost like a real lounge chair… except that it weighs less than 4 lbs. =)
Inflatable bean bags have a big advantage on the bean-filled version, in that you can deflate them. Therefore, they can easily pack for travel or for storage.
For example, you can keep a few on hand for extra seating when needed. Simply store them in a drawer or closet shelf. (They amazingly fold down to a compact 11″ x 8.75″ size.)

Will My Blow-Up Bean Bag Chair Leak?
When it comes to inflatable furniture, the question that everyone wonders is, “Will it stay inflated?”
Over the years, my experience with inflatable sofas, chairs, mattresses and loungers has been better than I expected. In fact, I own my inflated furniture for so long that the pieces typically end up leaking at some point.
If I ever need to, I simply plug the hole with a patch, and the furniture works as good as new. It’s quicker and easier than cleaning a stain off of upholstery.

Note: The PVC plastic on most inflatables will stretch out after the first time you blow them up. Therefore, your chair may appear to look like it’s losing air the first few days you sit on it. Just add a little more air to “top it off”, and you should be fine.
